We’ll also need your consent to a criminal background check. in addition, if you are providing Mobile services, we request a photo of your Massage Table set up for a treatment showing sheets, massage creme/oil

After we verify your credentials and application we will contact you for our onboarding process. You’ll be assigned a scheduling calendar that will allow you to select your days and times of availability
